I can't say for certain, but most likely the IMail Kill List uses less CPU
time. The main reason for that is it blocks the E-mail before it is
received (which means that Declude doesn't have to be run at all).
However, some people seem to have better luck with Declude's tests than
they do with IMail's Kill List. :)
