It's a good idea. The only problem I see is that the timing would only
show the amount of time from when Declude started until the header was
added -- it wouldn't include anything afterwards. However, it would
include any DNS delays (for the XINHEADER/XOUTHEADERs, at least), which
usually accounts for most of the time that an E-mail is delayed. However,
a CPU time counter wouldn't be quite as useful, as it might miss some
processing after the headers are added (but still could be quite useful).
