Could there be any per-user or per-domain settings accounting for this? Or
could the outgoing actions account for it?

For example, this one could be normal of the FIVETEN test was set to WARN
in one of the config files, but the DORKZTL, NOMOREFUNN, and WEIGHT10 were
set to HOLD (or anything other than WARN).
Is this something that happens often enough that you could use the debug
mode until another one was discovered?
