I'm not sure if this is related, but we have had a business customer attempting to access web-apps from their home system via an AOL dialup account. Normally they would access these systems from one of our installations during the day... and when they worked from home over AOL it worked fine... that is until last week. Suddenly they can't access the web site - nor any other web site on our network.
No response yet after frequent queries/calls to AOL on this.
