I can't imagine what Declude may be doing to cause a problem.

One way to handle this would be to ask your customer what vpop is looking 
for.  Their software isn't working, they need to know why, and what needs 
to be done on your end to fix it.  You're still collecting their E-mail for 
them, and their software apparently needs something special in the headers, 
so they need to tell you what it is.

Another option, if you are running Declude JunkMail Pro, would be to have a 
per-user setting for their domain that does not take any actions on any of 
the spam tests.  You can do this quickly by adding a line such as 
"WHITELIST TODOMAIN example.com" to whitelist all E-mail to their domain.
