Note that "NOABUSE -9 CONTAINS @usairways.com" doesn't mean anything to
Declude JunkMail.
That is the right format for a line in a filter file, but NOABUSE isn't
something that Declude JunkMail is able to filter (IE it won't know where
to look to find "@usairways.com"). The first word needs to be a location
for Declude JunkMail to try to find the filter text in; for example:
MAILFROM -9 CONTAINS @usairways.com
>Since the WordFilter has a weight of 5 and the NoAbuse has a weigh of 4 so
>-9 should negate the effect of both.

If you change it to use "MAILFROM" instead of "NOABUSE", it should work as
you expect it to.
