Are there now 2 test that need defined for blacklists?
"fromfile" testing names only like "example@com" (no IP's) and
"ipfile" testing the IP's
At one time I had these both setup in the "fromfile" test.

The "x 5 0" doesn't have to be there. However, I would instead
recommend
using "x 0 0", so it is more clear what you are intending to do. This
will
work exactly the same as if the "x 5 0" isn't there.
