So if you change that to "WEIGHT8 WARN", you will see a warning in the
headers (and you do not see a warning in the headers when using the line
above)?
Note that the HEADER/FOOTER actions are usually not visible if the E-mail
has HTML or attachments (it depends on the mail client, they may or may not
display the header/footer).
