So do I/We need to decide on what needs to be used so I can program
spamreview to support both the Declude defaults and user customized options?

I would be happy to change spamreview to look at another text string if the
Declude default is not located.

However, I would suggest something like.

XINHEADER  X-FromEMailAddress: %MAILFROM% [%REMOTEIP%]
