Although I can not read the web site language, it appears to be a legitimate Mail Service. So I would be cautious about blocking their site. Also, if you are going to use the number scheme I have been using, you should try not using numbers that are already assigned. Just refer to my list or don't even add the Identifier when sending it to the Declude list. This will prevent conflicts and allow us to keep the list in order.
