That will work fine.  Two notes however:

[1] It won't catch E-mail with a return address of just "@Microsoft.com" 
(since "@Microsoft.com" doesn't contain ".Microsoft.com"), and [2] It won't 
catch E-mail with a "From:" address of "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" or 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" if they are sent with a return address that won't 
get caught (you need to look at the X-Declude-Sender: header or the IMail 
SMTP log files to find the return address).
