    You'd either have to:
       put in a cidr range that includes that range
       which would be 66.46.150.0/26 (66.46.150.0 to 66.46.150.63)
    or
       list one at at time 66.46.150.5, .6, .7 thru .40

    As far as I'm concerned it's a war.  The spammers don't care if
    they hurt your business and sometimes they deliberately attack.
    So I'd block the entire range and the farther upstream the better.
