The only way I've found is to navigate through View => Options and then copy the Internet header text found there. We put a how-to with screen captures on our intranet, but most don't use it. Easier just to delete.

Is there anyway that a techno-phobic person can easily forward me the headers from the spam they get so I can more easily adjust my blacklist? Or is there a way in outlook 2000 for me to look more deeply into the e-mail forwards to see the source?
