If you comment out the test definition in the global.cfg file, the test
won't be run (and no harm will be done having the test listed in the
$default$.JunkMail file, except it could later cause confusion).

This way, the test will still be run, but won't count towards the weighting
system -- but a "REVDNS HOLD" line, for example, would cause the E-mail to
get held.
