IMail treats gatewayed domains as external mail, since the E-mail is not 
stored locally.  Therefore, Declude JunkMail will use the outgoing actions 
(from the global.cfg file).  If that doesn't work for you, you can have 
per-domain settings for those domains, which will override the global.cfg file.
