I am out of the office this week and working from home through TS, so I
can not see the windows at all.

I have to leave in about 20 minutes, so I will check it again in a
couple of hours when I get back.

There should only be one.

There may temporarily be more than one when the server is first started,
if
a lot of E-mail is coming in at once, until the processes settle who is
going to be "the" deccon.exe process.

However, there should not normally be more than one deccon.exe process
except shortly after restarting IMail. Do you see these processes only
in
Task Manager, or do you see the windows as well?
