An example of one product that will gather email from different POP3/IMAP
accounts and feed them via SMTP to another server, thus preserving the
headers so that declude can work its magic.

I saw this in use at a client I did some consulting for the other day.
I didnt look far into its specifics, but I think this might be what you are
looking for.

Unfortunately, Eudora seems to remove the Received: headers from E-mails 
that it forwards (even E-mails that it redirects).  I'm not sure if it has 
any way to pass an E-mail without removing headers.
