In that case, you would need to make sure that the Exchange server has a 
reverse DNS entry (it doesn't matter what the reverse DNS entry is), and 
that it is sending proper HELO text ("host.example.com", not just "host" or 
"192.168.100.112").

If there *is* a problem, you could always change the actions for outgoing 
E-mail in the global.cfg file.
