A wildcard won't work -- you have to specify the username.

Instead of having the \IMail\Declude\example.com\user1.JunkMail file have a
redirect line to \IMail\Declude\weight10.cfg, why not instead have the
redirect line in the \IMail\Declude\$default$.JunkMail file? That way, all
the users could be controlled with just one file.
