The REVDNS test is a networking issue, rather than a software issue, so it
is something they can fix regardless of what bulk mailing software they use.
The HELOBOGUS test is almost certainly a setup issue -- whoever installed
the bulk mailing software probably did something foolish, such as entering
in what they thought the server should be named ("Um, it sends bulk mail,
so I'll just enter 'bulkmail.example.com' here"). It's very difficult for
a bulk mailer to make sure that the name of the server is valid. If it
isn't a setup issue, and hard-coded by the bulk mailer -- the company paid
for a non-RFC-compliant piece of software, and should replace it. :)
