Yes, with Declude JunkMail Pro, you can do that.  The easiest way is to add 
a line "WHITELIST TO [EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg 
file (the other way would be to set up a per-user configuration for that 
user, but that involves more work).
