That can't be done.
The problem is that the E-mail has to be delivered to all recipients in the
same way, since IMail has only one copy of the E-mail. You can have it
routed to the admin account and copied to the SPAMCOP account (and even use
the ATTACH action), but the copy going to the admin account and the copy
going to the SPAMCOP account would be the same.
