[Declude.JunkMail] How to filter header in Outlook Express

Today is dumb question day. As I do not use Outlook Express, I'm not real good at changing settings for it. Most of my customers however, do use it. I am trying to set up a "show-n-tell" site on how to set up a filter in Outlook Express to check the email header for "X-RBL-Warning". I do not see checking the header listed though!
