No, you don't need SFMNG.

What SFMNG was designed to do is help those that need to
check for Duplicates and Discrepancies. SFMNG will also
sort the file upon a save/overwrite. SFMNG will work
with Both Imail and Declude kill files as long as they
are under 500 lines or addresses. Once the full version
is released, it will handle way more.
Examples:
.222.com = good address, leave alone
@123.com = good address, leave alone
@123.com = Dupe, please delete
abc.com = Discrepancy, please fix with using a pre-face "@" or "."
PS: The utility also allows you to select which one to fix or delete.
The file will be sorted once it has been saved.
