just no. The section Whitelist/Blacklist Reference, the last portion points
to ALLOWED. So it's yes or no.

hmm..... ok, allows delivery just TO user correct? not everyone? In that
case it's fine by me. Declude references the X-Declude sender for addresses
correct? or am I expecting too much?
