Scott, I know you've put a lot of work into your product but your website doesn't contain any whitepaper on how your two files $default$.junkmail and global.cfg can be configured. Is there a "secret" site for registered users?
While I appreciate this forum, I would rather not waste everyone's time and research documentation that explains what your product does "out of the box" and what options are available for customize the configuration. I've see examples of blacklist.txt blacklistwgt.txt freeemails.txt wordfilter.txt and the basic information I understand, but what are the numeric values after each domain? Based upon other emails in this forum, I'm suppose to add this to global.cfg: MYBLACKLIST fromfile c:\imail\declude\mylist.txt x 5 0 And then this to $default$.junkmail: MYBLACKLIST DELETE What are the limitations of options, how can I expand on this, what about word filters? Confused and frustated customer, I like your virus module and believe it to be the best in business, but I don't have that feeling yet with your junkmail model.
