reporting mechanism.
They have abuse and postmaster accounts.
They are however listed in: INTERSIL, OSSRC, and WIREHUB-DNSBL.
I personally wouldn't hold on either of those 3 alone.

OSSOFT is supposedly for that purpose.
If you mean by the presence of the "X" header I believe that the
"X headers" is a legitimate way of adding headers to mail messages.
You could set up your own filter though and block on it.
