How does the new feature for handling multiple return codes in ip4r tests work? Does this mean we can combine the following into a single test?
It just works. :) You don't need to do anything differently.

Specifically, if a zone (such as relays.osirusoft.com) returns multiple answers (such as 127.0.0.2 and 127.0.0.4), Declude JunkMail will cause both tests to fail (the 127.0.0.2 and 127.0.0.4 ones). Normally, only the first answer would be used (either by Declude JunkMail or any other anti-spam program). However, since Osirusoft started returning multiple codes, we added support for it.
