The concept is interesting. It is sort of like the Trusted Sender of TRUESTe.I believe that IMail won't add the Habeas headers, although you could likely use Declude JunkMail for that (with the XOUTHEADERS option). However, you would need to be very careful to make sure that you are licensed to use them. :)

it seems like they don't have IMail discussed. Scott since you started this topic, do you know what it would take to implement this for IMail?
As far as whitelisting E-mail, if you are using other IMail rules, you might be able to handle that by having the first rule check for the Habeas headers (you can just search for the entire contents of the "X-Habeas-SWE-3:" header).
