Basically, I give a heavy weight to the big tests like SpamCop and the junkmail domain list. I give a medium weight to Badheaders/Spamheaders, routing, and such. I hold on my custom adult domains list. The big tests are weighted so they trigger subject by them selves. If they fail one medium test or to light tests, they are held.
