Are you sure that it is located in the declude folder and named correctly (\IMail\Declude\all_list.dat)?I've just upgraded to 1.62 and now I'm attempting to configure the country test. I've downloaded the dat file from http://www.declude.com/release/162/all_list.dat and placed it in the Declude folder.
Did you download the all_list.dat file recently (this week)? There was a corrupt version online the first day that it was available.
The good news is that you are running a version of Declude that recognizes the %COUNTRYCHAIN% variable, and that the X-Country-Chain: header is appearing.In all the emails I've checked, the X-Country-Chain: header is empty. It's there, but it does not have a country listed.
The next step would be to use the debug mode (LOGLEVEL DEBUG in the \IMail\Declude\global.cfg file), wait for a few E-mails to come through, and then send me the debug log file.
