If I have these in my Global file what should go in the default file.

BLOCKIP         ipfile C:\IMail\Declude\ipfile.txt x 32 0
GOODMAIL        fromfile C:\IMail\Declude\badaddresses.txt x -32 0

You could have, for example:

BLOCKIP HOLD
GOODMAIL IGNORE

You can have any actions that you want for those tests (if you do not have any lines in the default file, the IGNORE action will be assumed).
