If you define a test with a weight, that weight will be added to any message it fails. In your example, BHOLE-ARGENTINA IGNORE only describes and action for Declude to take if it fails the test.

If you want to specify an action, you will have to leave the weight at zero.

Subject: [Declude.JunkMail] Weights

I have in my global.cfg file:

BHOLE-ARGENTINA ip4r argentina.blackholes.us  127.0.0.2 18 0

I know it is a high weight.  I thought that in my $default$.junkmail if I have:

BHOLE-ARGENTINA IGNORE

It would ignore it and not add the weight but it still does.  How can I make it ignore a weight and not add it?  Even if I put:

#BHOLE-ARGENTINA IGNORE

it still adds the 18 to the weight of the email message.

TIA
