No, the IPBYPASS option only accepts one IP.

However, I have troubles imagining a situation where you would want to use IPBYPASS with a lot of IPs. IPBYPASS should be used for "safe" mailservers that relay mail to you, which in most cases is just any backup mailserver(s). Occasionally people will have mail forwarded from another mailserver that they have an account on, and they use IPBYPASS in that situation, but that isn't common.
