I just upgraded to 1.64 and found the IPNOTINMX test in global.cfg.
Didn't see an explanation in the manual, although I may have missed it.
What does it do?
v1.64 is a beta, so there isn't any information in the manual yet. If you search the archives of the list, you'll find more details.

Essentially it is a test designed to help out mail from servers *if* the MX record for the return address contains the server that is sending the mail. For example, if I send mail from "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" and it comes out of our mailserver, the total weight of the E-mail will be reduced. It's fine for mail to come from servers that aren't in the MX record (so you probably don't want to penalize people for it), but very little spam comes from the expected mailserver.
