I'm guessing you have a "nobody" alias (so you get all mis-addressed mail), but don't want the mail to a few accounts that no longer exist? In that case, you could set up per-user configurations for those users, and have just a single line with the word "CATCHALLMAILS" followed by the word "DELETE" (be *VERY* careful with that!), which would delete all the mail to them.
