I think I answered my own question. The domain was set up as a virtual host and it was set as rand1.com. I deleted it and re-created it as mail.rand1.com. It looks as is that took care of it. If someone can tell me why sometime, that would be cool&
The "software\Ipswitch\IMail\Domains\rand1 [2-2]" would occur if there was a problem with with the IMail registry entries. In this case, it means that IMail knew of a domain "rand1", but was missing some information about it. I believe what happens in this case is that if IMail detects an invalid Internet domain (such as "rand1" instead of "rand1.com" or "mail.rand1.com"), it allows the domain to exist, but never actually sets it up.
