I've actually been following this one as well. I spent months blocking every sign of them because they were always associated with spam. Then about a month ago I blocked the domain name ouright, only to have a user last week tell me that the guy running it was an aquantence from India.
They clearly offer bulk mailing service along with their general ISP package. This may end up being a mixed source company like p0.net, ym1.net, and flowgo. You can't block them outright, but you're sure their sendng spam!
