It appears that the latest version of Clearswift Mimesweeper has a problem
receiving emails from servers running Declude AV. The software apparently
quarantines them as "undetermined" due to malformed headers. It especially
seems to be an issue when using HTML formatted emails.
What is the exact message from Mimesweeper? Do you have a copy of the E-mail that was caught by Mimesweeper, with the full headers?

A search for Mimesweeper and "malformed headers" on Google showed 2 hits that didn't provide much information.
