There is an issue with v1.66 for people using Declude JunkMail Pro, who do not have outgoing actions defined for all the spam tests. There is an interim release at http://www.declude.com/release/166i/declude.exe that fixes this issue.Something just broke with 1.66. I have reverted.Everyone check your log please.
