Interbusiness is the biggest Italian Backbone- and Internet Service Provider. On their network are connected a lot of smaller ISPs (using their IP-Ranges) and clients. The source of spam should be their xDSL-Network.
You should know that you doesn't block only spam but also a lot of legitimate e-mail. Is the spam you recieve from this ip-range in english? We recieve here also a lot of spam from this ip's but all recipient domains are .it-domains and all the content is in Italian language.
