I looked through those since I use Savvis as well and have been very pleased. It looks like most where DNS servers serving spamvertised domains, the first one was used to relay mail through a router in what sounds like a bad router design, but is a webmail company who may not have secured their server correctly. In short, doesn't seem like Savvis is housing spammers, they always forward complaints and expect a response promptly.
