Ouch - it doesn't use the $Junkmail file?

That is correct.


The problem is that IMail treats the E-mail as outgoing E-mail, since it isn't stored on the local server (which is an advantage for people running gateways that may not end up needing a higher user count version of IMail). So the outgoing actions from the global.cfg file are used, unless:

name and putting a $Junkmail file in there?

Yes, this will work fine (and is recommended, so the global.cfg file can be used for true outgoing E-mail).
