Do you happen to have a copy of the E-mail (with the full headers) that you could E-mail me off the list? Also, the C:\Declude.gp1 and C:\Declude.gp2 files would be very useful here.
There is now a new interim release at http://www.declude.com/release/168i/declude.exe that attempts to address this problem, but will add extra logging information in case it continues.
