I know that this may have been covered in previous posts, but I wanted to cover this topic again. (I may even have discussed this myself). I have some users that have requested that they receive everything so I have had their accounts whitelisted (WHITELIST TO [EMAIL PROTECTED]). I also have been getting SPAM messages where the failed tests are "X-Spam-Tests-Failed: Whitelisted". I'm sure that there are many users on this spam list that includes my users that are whitelisted. Why is it that it seems to pass the test for ALL users (because it's from a list?). I have had a very hard time blocking this. I would appreciate any ideas on what I could try next. Thanks again for your help.
This is a problem inherent with E-mails that are sent to multiple recipients. Unlike physical mail (where there is one copy per recipient), E-mail allows multiple copies per recipient. When this happens, any changes made to that one copy affect what all the other users will see.
We are looking at ways to work around this.
