Keith: This is what we have in the Global.cfg:
WEIGHT15-19s weightrange x x 15 19 If an email falls between 15 to 19 then we add something to the subject. In the default file we have: WEIGHT15-19s SUBJECT [~%WEIGHT%] This way if the weight reaches that range then we add a small note to the subject. E.g. Subject: [16~] blah blah blah This way they can also set a rule in Outlook to filter anything with ~] in the subject. I don't think they can create a rule for Header- at least not in Outlook.
