Just a suggestion
for version 3 :)
I think it can be
easy to setup Declude to report errors to a specified email address. I
understand that one can look at the logs but issues like filter can not be found
or virus setup errors due to wrong directory, etc. can easily be reported to a
set email address.
Imagine how many
support emails you won't receive when your answer is: Are you sure that
file exists? or better yet.. have you looked at the log.. what does it say
:)
I know this would
have helped us immensely considering when errors are noticed in log it is
several errors later when we catch them.
Errors are easy to
trap and if they occur a simple email with the error
message.
