I have found it very time consuming to go throught the held messages and
look for false positives. So I have decided to enlist the help of all of my
users.

I am writing software the once a day will go throught the hold folder and
send an email to any user that has a message in the hold floder format
something like this:

Hold Count: 1
Click the recover link if you would like to have the message delivered

From: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
Subject: Subject: [ SPAM 25 ]d i s c o u n t vi@ g r a
Recover: http://mail.standardabrasives.com/?06a026b800408f50

The link would then go the the mail server and move the held mail to the
spool automatically and display an appropriate message. Any undelivered
messages are only held on the server for 14 days and then permanatly
deleted. Also if the user recovers a message an email will be sent to the
postmaster stating that a message was recovered and supplying the message in
text form with the headers. This will allow me to the analyze why the
message was held and possably configure Declude to not hold thoes messages
anymore or contact the mail server admin to fix there server.

Does any on have any thoughts or suggestions??? What parameters would you
want to be configurable?
At this point I can process about 1000 held messages in about 10 seconds. I
have not written the recover portion yet?
