Did this fail the hellobogus because they used host name instead of domain name (azlan.fr does have mx) ?
No.
It failed the HELOBOGUS test because their mailserver claimed to be a host named fr_ru1_exch_01.azlan.fr. However, fr_ru1_exch_01.azlan.fr isn't an Internet host name (it doesn't exist). They can use whatever they want, just so long as it is a real host name or domain name (it needs to have either an A or MX record).
how can i correct this ?
By adding an A record for fr_ru1_exch_01.azlan.fr.
