Declude Version 1.68i5. Here is "the chain of evidence" I followed:

It turns out this is a bug in Declude JunkMail, where it would stop processing headers if it encountered a header continuation line that consisted of a single character. In this case, the Subject: line was continued onto a separate line that contained the single character "K".
This will be fixed in the next release; if anyone needs it right away, I can get an interim release ready that has the fix.
